Service Charges effective.

3. Issuance of duplicate Pass Book—S/B account Rs.55/- + GST @ 18% for each year of entries
4. Issuance of duplicate copy of statement of accounts-CA/CC/OD/Loan Rs.50/- + GST @ 18% per page
5. Issuance of Balance Confirmation Certificate Rs.50/- + GST @ 18% per reference
6. Stop Payment Notice—S/B --CA/ CC/OD Rs.50/- + GST @ 18% per ref

7. Closure of account—S/B - C/A Rs.100/- + GST @ 18% (within one year, thereafter 50% of the charge)

Service Charges relating to Loans & Advances:

2. Processing Fees
  1. No change for fresh proposals. However, Tax shall be @ GST 18%
  2. For renewal of existing limit: 50% of processing fees applicable.
  3. For enhancement-cum-increase of limit= a) 50% of fees on existing limit & b) 100% of fees on increased limit.
  4. For ad-hoc increase= 100% of fees for the ad-hoc increase on pro-rata basis for the period of ad-hoc increase.
  5. For fresh proposals processed but not considered =50% of fees may be refunded on request (but excluding GST @ 18%)
  6. No processing fees for advance against FD/NSC/LIC Policies
3. Bank Guarantee commission(Financial guarantee only)
  1. With 100% cash margin
  2. With partly cash margin and/or fully secured by other tangible security
  1. Rs.3.00 per Rs.100/- p.a. with minimum of Rs.500/- + GST @ 18%
  2. Rs.4/- per Rs.100/- p.m. with minimum of Rs.1,000/- + @ GST 18%
  3. Same charge for renewal also
  4. For refund of guarantee commission on cancellation before due date = 50% of guarantee commission may be refunded on request for unexpired period but excluding GST @ 18%
4. Issuance of Solvency Certificate
  1. Upto Rs.1/- lakh =Rs.200/- + GST @ 18%
  2. Between Rs.1 – 5/- lakhs = Rs.300/-+ GST @ 18%
  3. Above Rs.5/- lakhs = Rs.750/- + GST @ 18%
5. Stock inspection charges Rs.250/- + GST @ 18%
6. Stock Audit charges As per auditor`s fees
7. Interest on chq/DD/PO purchased (payable at Mumbai) @18% p.a. from the date of purchase till date of Realization
8. Purchase of outstation cheque/DD& sent for collection Interest as above + postage
9. Cost of application forms for credit facilities( full set) Rs.100/- per set of application form
10. Cost of share application from Rs.10/- per form

3. Revalidation of Demand Draft/Pay Order Rs.50/- + GST @ 18% per instrument
4. Issuance of duplicate DD/Pay Order Rs.50/- + GST @ 18% per instrument
5. Issuance of Pay Order Same as DD charges
6. Cancellation of Pay Order Rs.25/- + GST @ 18%
