- 1 year Latest Bank Statement (Salary A/C)
For professional & self-employed &Businessmen :-
- Copies of audited Profit & Loss A/c & Balance sheet of last 3 years
- T. Return copies for last 3 years,
- 1 year latest Bank Statement
- Copy of Original registered Agreement for Sale with chain of documents, if any.
- Search report/ valuation report /Title Clear Certificate.
- NOC from Builder/Society/ Apartment/Mhada/ CIDCO.
- Original share certificate
- Pre sanction visit report to residence, work place& property offered as security.
- Demand letter from Builder to be obtained.
- Documentary Evidence of Margin Money Payment
